Your Key is a unique after accident service bringing together the services you will need, and providing you with the tools to recover your losses without fear of legal fees.

If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident just call to Your Key on 08000 114 114 or 0330 022 5210 (cheaper from mobile phones). Do make sure the number is saved to your mobile.

The insurance and services extend to you family*, pillions and passengers, and covers any accident, whether playing sport, at work, or in a public place. A comprehensive support service we hope you will agree.

Your Key membership and the insurance are renewed each year without cost or administration.

We do not charge for the insurance as when our members use after accident services we receive commission. This does not add to the expense, it just means the services are made easily available for you.

In the short term use your membership to save money when insuring vehicles, as you do not need to buy it again for any vehicle. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident, then call for our help on 08000 114 114 or 0330 022 5210.

Keep that number on your mobile saved under “accident” and your membership number close at all times.

We sent you a membership card and policy

If it did not reach you we probably do not have your correct address. Please confirm your details by clicking here. Your membership number can be found on the email that led you here, or on the letter and cards we posted to you. You are every bit a member without the card, but carrying it on your key ring is a great help. If you are without a card save our number to your mobile, and download a copy of your policy here.

* Family means you, your spouse or partner, and children living with you aged under 21 years.
* *The cost of recovery, hire and repair can be recovered if someone else was responsible for the accident. You may be asked to pay for these services and you should be reimbursed through a successful compensation case, supported by your free legal expenses insurance. If the accident was your fault then you or your insurer will have to bear the cost. Whichever is the case we will guide you, and ensure you obtain a competitive price through our business partners.
