Your Key is a dedicated after accident support service. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident make Your Key your first call, we will provide the help and advice you need.

How can I get this free service

It was made available to all GT Motorcycles customers without cost. All those on the mailing list have received a leaflet and their contact cards by post. To activate the card please click here and let us have your details. If you filled in a form at one of the stores your protection is activated.

You insure your bike, you wear the best protective gear, but what do you do to sort out the consequences of an accident? It is here that Your Key plays its part as a dedicated after accident support service, with the added protection of legal cover.

If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident call Your Key first on 0800 756 9425, a number set up for GT Motorcycles customers. Alternatively use 0330 022 5210 as it is cheaper than an 0800 number when using a mobile phone. Your Key can arrange recovery, hire and repair. Who pays for these services depends on fault, but you do have in place free legal cover so you can take legal advice and seek compensation without fear of legal fees.
